Chia pudding

A delicious recipe to prepare with the little ones, they will love it!
Ingredients
- ½ cup - Benmart®chia seeds
- 1 cup - Natyral cashews
- 4 tbsp - Cocoa powder
- ½ cup - Maple syrup
- 1 tsp - Vanilla extract
- 3½ cups - Natural Water
Instructions
- Soak the cashew nuts in natural water for at least 2 hours.
- When they are ready, drain them very well and blend them with the cocoa, honey, vanilla and 3 1/2 cups water.
- In a large bowl put the Benmart® chia seeds and pour the cocoa milk.
- Fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight. It should have the thick consistency of a pudding.
- If the cashew milk feels too thick, add 1/4 cup of water.
- Decorate with raspberries, banana or any other fruit. It also tastes delicious if you sprinkle it with cinnamon or dark chocolate.
