Oatmeal and chia hotcakes

Try this healthy version of pancakes, you'll love them!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups - Oatmeal
  • 1 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1 tsp - Baking soda
  • 4 tbsp - Benmart chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp - flax seeds
  • 1 pinch - Salt
  • 1/4 cup - Maple syrup
  • 2 - Eggs
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 1 tsp - Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat a pan.
  2. Blend 3 cups of oats in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  3. Add the baking powder, baking soda, salt, chia and flaxseed and mix.
  4. Add the maple syrup, eggs, vanilla extract and milk. Mix.
  5. Melt the butter in the pan and pour part of the mixture.
  6. Let cook until the edges begin to peel off. Flip and finish cooking.
  7. Serve with the fruit of your choice and maple syrup.
