Oatmeal and chia hotcakes

Try this healthy version of pancakes, you'll love them!
Ingredients
- 3 cups - Oatmeal
- 1 tsp - Baking powder
- 1 tsp - Baking soda
- 4 tbsp - Benmart chia seeds
- 2 tbsp - flax seeds
- 1 pinch - Salt
- 1/4 cup - Maple syrup
- 2 - Eggs
- 1 tsp - Vanilla extract
- 1 cup - Milk
- 1 tsp - Butter
Instructions
- Preheat a pan.
- Blend 3 cups of oats in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Add the baking powder, baking soda, salt, chia and flaxseed and mix.
- Add the maple syrup, eggs, vanilla extract and milk. Mix.
- Melt the butter in the pan and pour part of the mixture.
- Let cook until the edges begin to peel off. Flip and finish cooking.
- Serve with the fruit of your choice and maple syrup.
